RA 602 CA® – One of the most oxidation resistant high energy, heat resistant nickel alloys out there. RA330® – The workhorse of austenitic warmth resistant alloys. Good energy, carburization and oxidation resistance up to 2100°F. The presence of crevices, almost unavoidable in practical constructions and operations, makes stainless steels extra susceptable to corrosion in chloride enviroments. The critical crevice corrosion temperatures of 2507 and a number of other other excessive-efficiency stainless steels are proven above.
309 Stainless Steel – Austenitic, oxidation resistant to 1900°F, moderate strength. 800 H/AT – High strength austenitic warmth resistant alloy for ASME code functions to 1650°F. 601 is a nickel-base alloy with high chromium and an aluminum addition. Outstanding oxidation resistance to 2200°F, good energy and carburization resistance.
LDX A lean duplex chrome steel offering glorious energy, SCC resistance and economy. ZERON A highly alloyed super duplex stainless-steel for use in seawater desalination and lots of aggressive environments. 625 alloy is excessive creep-rupture strength, oxidation immune to 1800°F (982°C).
- The duplex construction provides 2507 with distinctive resistance to pitting and chloride stress corrosion cracking.
- 2507 is a 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and seven% nickel alloy resulting in wonderful resistance to chloride pitting and crevice corrosion assault.
- 2507 (UNS S32750) is an excellent duplex chrome steel designed for functions which require distinctive strength and corrosion resistance.
- Duplex 2507 is a super duplex stainless-steel designed for purposes which demand exceptional energy and corrosion resistance.
- Alloy 2507 has 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 7% nickel.

The metal has glorious resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, high thermal conductivity and a low coefficient of thermal expansion. The excessive chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen levels provide wonderful resistance to pitting, crevice, and basic corrosion. The steel has wonderful resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, high thermal conductivity, and a low coefficient of thermal enlargement. Duplex Alloy 2507 is a super duplex stainless-steel with 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum and seven% nickel. It has glorious resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, excessive thermal conductivity, and a low coefficient of thermal enlargement.
Extended elevated temperature exposure can reduce each the toughness and corrosion resistance of alloy 2507. WASPALOY – Nickel alloy precipitation hardened by gamma prime with high energy and oxidation resistance to 1600°F. Applications are gasoline turbine components together with shafts and fasteners. 446 Stainless Steel is a excessive chromium ferritic alloy with glorious oxidation and sulfidation resistance. Duplex stainless-steel with high resistance to chloride assault.
The high chromium, molybdenum and nitrogen ranges provide glorious resistance to pitting, crevice and general corrosion. Duplex Alloy 2507 just isn’t recommended for purposes which require long exposures to temperatures above 570 °F due to the danger of a reduction in toughness.
