AISI 316 has slightly greater yield energy at 200 MPa (vs. a hundred ninety MPa for 304), whereas AISI 304 has a slightly higher melting level (1450°C vs. 1400°C for 316). Due to the AISI 316 typically has better corrosion-resistance than 304. AISI 304 has good machinability, nonetheless its low thermal conductivity means coolants and lubricants must be used liberally, particularly on the chopping edges. Cuts should be gentle however deep enough to forestall work hardening by riding on the floor of the fabric.

This means coolants and lubricants are needed and should be used in giant portions. Fabrication of all stainless steels must be done solely with instruments dedicated to stainless-steel supplies. Tooling and work surfaces have to be completely cleaned earlier than use. These precautions are essential to keep away from cross contamination of chrome steel by simply corroded metals which will discolour the surface of the fabricated product.

We produce ASTM/ASME Grade 304, Grade 304L,304h, 316, 316L, 316H, 316TI, 321, 321H, 309S, 309H, 310S, 310H, 410S, 2205, 904L, 2507, 254, gh3030, 625, 253MA, S30815, 317L, Type 317, 316lN, 8020, 800, 800H, C276, S32304 and others special requirement stainless steel grade.

DIN 1.4301 Cold Drawn Tubes provides numerous advantages like resistance to excessive ranges of corrosion, good weldability, fine sharpening feature, deep drawing property, and far more. Details of applicationThis steel is nicely fitted to inside and outside purposes, due to it is resistance to natural/inorganic weak acids, water and moisture. EN 1.4301 chrome steel (X5CrNi18-10) equivalent to US ASTM AISI SAE, ISO, European Union (Germany DIN, British BSI, France NF…), Japanese JIS and Chinese GB normal .

  • This materials is extensively used as a result of its glorious intergranular corrosion resistance, good cold deformability, good deep drawability and weldability.
  • DIN 1.4301 Stainless Steel Tubing are mainly stainless steel of the grade 304, which is essentially the most widely used and most versatile grade of stainless steel.
  • DIN EN 1.4301 stainless-steel (X5CrNi18-10) is a standard austenitic stainless-steel with good resistance to atmospheric, organic and inorganic chemical substances.
  • Leoscor Alloys are one of the main teams of the business that manufactures, shares, and exports the DIN 1.4301 Tubes.

We have thousands tons stock of stainless steel sheet and coil with various size and grade, mainly include austenitic stainless steel, martens stainless steel (including precipitation hardened stainless steel sheet & coil), ferritic stainless steel, and duplex stainless steel.

DIN EN 1.4301 chrome steel (X5CrNi18-10) is a conventional austenitic chrome steel with good resistance to atmospheric, natural and inorganic chemical substances. This material is broadly used because of its excellent intergranular corrosion resistance, good cold deformability, good deep drawability and weldability.

We regularly hold updating our infrastructure and machinery so as to stay forward within the race and serve our customers higher, whereas doing so. 1.4301 / AISI 304 is the standard austenitic chromium-nickel chrome steel. EN 1.4301 chrome steel can’t be hardened by heat treatment, however can be hardened by chilly working. 1.4306 (X2CrNi19-eleven) and 1.4307 (X2CrNi18-9) are ultra-low carbon versions of 1.4301.

Our stainless production range

It can be used at very low temperatures, however there are some limitations in marine, coastal and chloride-containing options. AISI 304 (1.4301) is a widely-used austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel.
